The Public Relations Officer (PRO) plays a vital role in promoting the hospital's services and establishing strong connections with peripheral/nearby doctors, local health workers (ASHA, ANMs, Anganwadi), and the community. As a PRO, your responsibilities include conducting fieldwork, providing patient assistance, and enhancing the hospital's branding to increase visibility and trust among the public. Your primary objective will be to ensure a consistent flow of patients by leveraging effective networking, referrals, and public outreach strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing patient relationships and engaging with the community to enhance the hospital's reputation.
