Role Overview: As a Reputation Analyst, your primary objective is to understand the client's business easily and determine the desired business impact by utilizing our services. You will be responsible for executing planned campaigns seamlessly, measuring the impact delivered compared to the expected outcome, and adjusting campaigns as necessary to meet client expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Execute campaigns with excellence, focusing on research & analysis, reporting, influencer engagement, media relations, and digital platforms. - Engage with clients effectively by planning, creating content, telling creative stories, and taking a proactive approach. - Contribute to learning and business development through ideation, research, and presentations. Qualifications Required: - One to four years of experience in Public Relations, Social & Digital, Influencer Marketing, or Content. - Good personal presentation and knowledge of client products and operations. - Initiative, responsibility, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Additional Details: The Reputation Analyst role involves providing media, content, and creative support to Account Teams in managing the public relations and marketing needs of clients. You will report to a Reputation Manager or Reputation Architect, requiring client engagement, consulting, and marketing skills essential for effective client account management.
