Description
As a Public Relations Executive at Innovative Events and Exhibitors, your role will involve leading and managing communication strategies for the upcoming architecture & design exhibition and architecture magazine. You will be responsible for creating a strong public image, handling media relations, and developing outreach campaigns to amplify brand presence and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement PR strategies to promote the exhibition to industry stakeholders, media, and the public. - Draft press releases, media invites, and post-event coverage content. - Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media houses. - Coordinate media partnerships and press coverage before, during, and after the event. - Organize press conferences, walkthroughs, and interviews with key exhibitors or curators. - Support social media team with content ideas, announcements, and real-time updates. - Plan and execute PR campaigns to drive readership and subscriptions for the magazine. - Manage the image and branding of the magazine through media mentions, interviews, and collaborations. - Liaise with contributors, designers, and editorial team to highlight notable stories or features. - Pitch magazine stories or special editions to relevant media outlets and digital platforms. - Arrange for media kits, interviews, and promotional activities with featured designers, brands, and personalities.
