As a Public Relations Officer (PRO) for a hospital in Kochi, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact between the hospital and the public. Your role will involve handling and organizing conferences, seminars, and hospital events, as well as building and maintaining positive relationships with patients, attendants, and visitors. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of PR activities and uphold a professional representation of the hospital at all times. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary liaison between the hospital and the public. - Handle and organize conferences, seminars, and hospital events. - Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, attendants, and visitors. - Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of PR activities. - Ensure a professional representation of the hospital at all times. Qualifications Required: - Female candidates only. - Prior experience as a PRO in the hospital industry is a must. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and event management abilities.
