Job Description

As a Public Relation Officer, your role involves coordinating activities within the department to maintain smooth functioning. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring problems in both Inpatient (IP) and Outpatient (OP) departments through feedback forms and actual patient visits - Ensuring computerization of complaints, informing concerned HODs of pending issues, and preparing analysis reports periodically - Facilitating effective communication between departments to address complaints and sending appreciation notes to staff based on IP feedback - Interacting with other department HODs to implement suggestions and providing assistance to patients and attenders during critical situations - Identifying individuals in need of behavioral training and coordinating with HRD for grooming - Following up relentlessly to ensure patient satisfaction, assisting in psychological recovery, and performing duty as a night manager per schedule - Conducting floor-wise visits for patients, staff, and staff dependents, and contributing to departmental quality initiatives - Collecting and supporting data collection efforts while adhering to hospital safety norms for patient and staff safety You should hold a Graduate or Post Graduate degree with 2-3 years of experience in the same field. Additionally, you may be required to perform any additional tasks assigned by your superior.
