Key Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, and stakeholders.
· Draft and distribute press releases, hospital statements, and announcements.
· Organize press conferences, interviews, and media interactions for hospital representatives.
· Oversee hospital branding, reputation management, and public image.
· Plan and execute community outreach programs, CSR initiatives, and awareness campaigns.
· Manage crisis communication and handle media inquiries in sensitive situations.
· Represent the hospital at industry events, health fairs, and community programs.
· Collaborate with marketing teams to create digital and offline promotional content.
· Monitor media coverage and public perception of the hospital, reporting insights to management.
· Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations in all PR and communication activities.
