As a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in Cochin, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization's public image through effective communication and relationship management. Your responsibilities will include: - Client Interaction & Front Desk Support: - Greet and assist clients in a courteous and professional manner. - Handle walk-ins, enquiries, and appointment coordination efficiently. - Ensure a positive first impression and smooth client experience. - Public Relations & Communication: - Act as a point of contact between clients and internal departments. - Communicate service information clearly and accurately to clients. - Address basic client concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate team when required. - Internal Coordination: - Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and operations staff to ensure smooth service flow. - Support the sales and operations teams with client-related communication. - Ensure timely updates and proper information sharing across departments. - Documentation & Reporting: - Maintain client records, enquiry logs, and appointment details accurately. - Assist in preparing daily reports related to client interactions and follow-ups. - Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of client information. - Professional Conduct & Service Standards: - Maintain a calm, polite, and professional demeanor at all times. - Follow organizational guidelines for communication and workplace conduct. - Support organizational initiatives aimed at improving client satisfaction.
