Position: Psychologist (Part-Time | On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and individual counselling sessions
• Develop personalized treatment plans and therapeutic goals
• Provide emotional support, guidance, and evidence-based interventions to clients
• Monitor client progress and adjust therapy plans as required
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records
• Work collaboratively with the centre team to ensure quality care

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical/Counselling) or equivalent
• Relevant experience in individual therapy (offline experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ethical, empathetic, and client-focused approach
• Ability to commit to part-time, on-site sessions in Gurugram

Qualifications

• Possess a Post Graduation degree in Psychology or an equivalent field
• Knowledge of mental health theories, treatments, and practices.
• Experience in counselling individuals with diverse needs and backgrounds
• Ability to provide psychological assessment and develop effective treatment plans
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to maintain accurate and confidential records
• Comfortable working remotely and using technology for documentation and client care
• Experience in medication therapy management is a plus
• Minimum 6 years of experience
