Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a psychologist at one of our clinics in Hyderabad. The psychologist will provide therapeutic interventions to toddlers, preschoolers, and school-going neurodiverse kids with developmental delays and special needs. The day-to-day tasks will include assessing children, writing reports, developing individualised therapy plans, implementing therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve the children's development and well-being.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology (Masters Preferred)
• Experience in working with children with developmental delays and special needs will be a plus
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of patients and their families
• Passion for helping children reach their full potential
• Ability to collaboratively work with a team of professionals
