Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse based in Tiruchirappalli. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric care to patients, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and providing support through therapeutic interactions. Daily tasks also include maintaining accurate patient records, collaborating with healthcare team members, and educating patients and their families about treatment plans and mental health conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in psychiatric nursing, administering medications, and patient monitoring
• Strong skills in patient record management and therapeutic communication
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team and provide patient and family education
• Empathy, compassion, and strong interpersonal skills
• Valid nursing license and certification
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
