PRT Teacher

Position: Primary Teacher (PRT)
Department: Primary Wing (Classes I–V)

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience
Location: Bhopal

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university
• B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. / BTC or equivalent primary teaching qualification (mandatory)
• Strong command over English (preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Teach all subjects (English, Maths, EVS, and basic General Knowledge) to primary classes as per the curriculum.
• Prepare age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage conceptual understanding, creativity, and curiosity.
• Use interactive teaching aids, storytelling, activities, and digital tools to engage young learners.
• Conduct assessments, maintain student records, and track academic progress.
• Foster social, emotional, and behavioral development through positive reinforcement and child-friendly interaction.
• Maintain classroom discipline, hygiene, and safety at all times.
• Organize and guide students in co-curricular activities, celebrations, competitions, and assemblies.
• Communicate regularly with parents through PTMs and feedback sessions.
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers for activity planning and curriculum development.
• Participate in school events, training programs, and staff meetings.

Remuneration:
