Proposal Writer

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Proposal Writer who can create compelling, well-structured, and persuasive proposals that help us win new business. You will collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to understand requirements and craft high-quality response documents, RFPs, RFIs, and client proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations.
• Gather information from cross-functional teams to develop accurate and compelling content.
• Ensure all proposals meet the client’s requirements, deadlines, and formatting standards.
• Edit, proofread, and standardize proposal content for quality and consistency.
• Maintain a repository of reusable content, templates, and case studies.
• Manage proposal timelines, ensuring smooth coordination with stakeholders.
• Research client needs, market trends, and competitive information to strengthen proposal strategy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
