About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Development:

    Lead the creation of high-quality proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs from government agencies, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements and alignment with company objectives.
  • Content Creation:

    Write clear, persuasive, and tailored content that effectively communicates our solutions' value proposition. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and integrate technical information.
  • Contract Vehicle Expertise:

    Develop proposals for GWACs and IDIQ contracts, such as GSA Alliant 2, GSA OASIS, GSA MAS Schedules, CIO-SP3, and NASA SEWP. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of these contract vehicles and their specific requirements.
  • Research and Analysis:

    Conduct thorough research on government procurement opportunities, agency requirements, and industry trends to inform proposal strategies.
  • Proposal Coordination:

    Manage the proposal process from initiation to submission, including scheduling, compliance checks, reviews, and final production.
  • Documentation and Templates:

    Develop and maintain proposal templates, past performance references, and other reusable content to streamline the proposal development process.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    Analyze feedback from proposal evaluations to identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices to enhance the quality and competitiveness of future proposals.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background:

    Bachelor's degree in English, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal writing, focusing on federal, state, and local government contracts. Proven track record in developing proposals for GWACs and IDIQs, including GSA Alliant 2, GSA OASIS, GSA MAS Schedules, CIO-SP3, and NASA SEWP.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools.
  • Research and Analytical Skills:

    Ability to conduct comprehensive research and analyze complex information to develop strategic proposal content.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Attention to Detail:

    Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all proposal documents.
  • Time Management:

    Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications:

    Certification in Proposal Management (e.g., APMP) is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    Familiarity with [specific industries relevant to your company, e.g., IT services, healthcare, defense] and their procurement processes.
  • Software Proficiency:

    Experience with proposal management software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
