Proposal Manager

You will be responsible for taking the brief from the sales design team and creating Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on the brief, layout, and concept provided. This involves accurately translating project requirements into comprehensive BOQs for interior fit-out projects. Additionally, you will search for new suppliers and materials to improve quality and pricing. Key Responsibilities: - Take briefs from the sales design team and create BOQs accordingly - Search for new suppliers and materials to enhance quality and pricing Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in creating Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for interior fit-out projects - Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately translate project requirements - Good sourcing and negotiation skills for finding new suppliers and materials Please note that the job type for this position is full-time with benefits including Provident Fund.
