🚀 We’re Hiring – Proposal Engineer
📍 Location: Pune | Teral Pumps India Pvt. Ltd.
We are growing our India team and looking for passionate professionals to join us in the pump industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Pump selection based on customer/project requirements
2️⃣ Preparation of techno-commercial offers
3️⃣ Preparing detailed technical submissions for tenders and projects
4️⃣ Regular follow-ups with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
🔹 2–4 years of experience in proposals, sales support, or application engineering (preferably in pumps/rotating equipment industry)
🔹 Strong analytical skills and ability to understand customer specifications
🔹 Good communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
🔹 Proficiency in MS Office and basic engineering tools
(Previous water pump experience preferred)
