Proposal Engineer

Need a Proposal Engineer who can translate technical requirements into compelling proposals, ensuring accuracy in cost estimation, clarity in documentation, and alignment with client expectations Quotations and company standards."

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain strong client relationships with individuals, corporates, and channel partners.
• Present and pitch company products/services in a confident and persuasive manner to prospective clients.
• Generate new leads and business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold-calling, and industry associations.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market reach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and accurate sales documentation.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, ensuring timely follow-ups and strong customer engagement.
• Represent the company at sales events, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Be comfortable with domestic and occasional travel as required for client acquisition and retention.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/B.TECH
• 3 years of experience or a related customer-facing role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,978.53 - ₹15,000.00 per month
