About the Role

We are a fast-growing real estate business looking for a smart, results-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can increase property sales using digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands the local market (Gorakhpur, Deoria & nearby areas) and can drive quality leads through ads, social media, reels, and local WhatsApp networks.

Responsibilities

✅ Create & run effective Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for property listings

✅ Make high-converting short videos/reels to promote plots, homes, and commercial spaces

✅ Generate verified leads through local area targeting

✅ Promote properties in WhatsApp groups, OLX, and local property forums

✅ Regular follow-up with leads and coordinate with our sales team

✅ Monitor ad performance and optimize for best ROI

Requirements

🔹 Must be based in Gorakhpur or Deoria

🔹 Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads

🔹 Understanding of local real estate buying behavior

🔹 Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi is a must)

🔹 Experience in real estate marketing is a plus (but not mandatory)

🔹 Familiarity with Canva or video editing apps is a bonus
