• Help buyers discover properties that match their needs

• Use WhatsApp, Instagram, and other digital tools to market and close deals

• Join virtual and in-person meetings to show, explain, and build trust

• Someone who knows your city and its real estate pulse

• Good with communication (local language + Hindi/English)

• Open to learning how digital marketing helps real estate

• Hustler mindset — not afraid to reach out, follow up, and close

• Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
