Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Property Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Property Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, guiding them through the property-buying process, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, offering expert advice on real estate opportunities, and supporting clients in evaluating residential and commercial properties. The role also involves collaboration with the team to meet sales targets and ensuring all transactions are conducted transparently and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate markets.
• Proven Sales skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Proactive approach to understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Familiarity with Bengaluru's real estate market will be a significant advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally for property viewings and client meetings.
