Property Sourcing Executive

As a Property Sourcing Executive, your role will involve identifying, verifying, and managing commercial property information across Mumbai to support the sales team with property-related operations. This position requires a mix of fieldwork, data management, and team collaboration, making it integral to smooth sales & operations. Key Responsibilities: - Property Sourcing & Verification: Identify and verify commercial properties in Mumbai. - Field Data Collection: Gather accurate property details through on-site and online sources. - Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date property details in the CRM. - Team Collaboration: Regularly update the team with relevant information. - Independent Work: Be able to work independently and efficiently in the field. - Sales Support: Assist the sales team with property inspections and other operational requirements. Qualifications: - Communication: Should have basic verbal and written communication skills. - Qualification: Undergraduate or graduate candidates are eligible. - Travel Requirements: Must be comfortable visiting multiple locations across Mumbai as per job requirements. - Vehicle Requirement: Must have a bike 2-wheeler / Driver's license (Mandatory). - Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in any field is preferred. In addition to the above, immediate joiners would be an added advantage for this role.
