Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging property walk-throughs at various Nestaway resale listings, highlighting features, layout, and unique selling points for our social media audience.
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan video shoots and follow brand guidelines.
• Present information in a clear, persuasive, and friendly manner to attract prospective buyers and renters.
• Respond to basic property-related questions from viewers in comments or live sessions.
• Keep up with social media trends and suggest fresh ideas for video marketing.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and camera presence.
• Comfortable speaking, presenting, and moving through property spaces while being recorded.
• Pleasant, approachable, and polished personal presentation suited for social content.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) is required.
• Experience or interest in real estate, digital media, or hospitality will be an added advantage.
• Ability to travel within city/locality for video shoots.

Additional Skills

• Understanding of basic video production (recording/editing on phone or camera) is a plus.
• Creative mindset and ability to accept feedback for content improvement.
