**Job Title:** Property Supervisor – Maintenance & Home Care Specialist **Job Description:** We are seeking a diligent and skilled Property Manager with a strong background in home maintenance and repair to oversee the day-to-day management of residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the property is well-maintained, safe, and functional, with hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, and general household repairs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs. - Perform basic electrical repairs, including fixing switch wiring, ceiling fans, and troubleshooting AC units. - Address minor wiring issues and ensure electrical systems are safe and operational. - Carry out plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and maintaining fixtures. - Oversee and coordinate housekeeping and cleaning activities to maintain property cleanliness. - Manage routine home repairs and coordinate with external contractors when specialized work is needed. - Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property owners. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Proven experience in property management or home maintenance. - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting electrical problems. - Basic plumbing skills and knowledge of household plumbing systems. - Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks independently. - Good organizational and record-keeping skills. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure. - Valid relevant technical certifications or training is a plus. **Note:** The successful candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.
