Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager Cum Front Desk Manager located in Rishikesh. The Property Manager Cum Front Desk Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property, welcoming and assisting guests, managing reservations, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Additional responsibilities include staff supervision, property maintenance coordination, and addressing any issues that arise promptly to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience with property management systems would be beneficial
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry standards and best practices
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
