Visit https://skit.ai/ Job Title : Prompt Engineer Location : Bangalore (Fulltime) Shift Hours : 1:00 - 10:00 PM IST What will you own You will design conversational workflows tailored to client requirements. You will craft prompts that serve as both guidelines and guardrails for large language models, ensuring they generate relevant responses. You will take complete ownership of your digital assistants performance managing everything from conceptualization to execution, delivery, and troubleshooting. Who will you work with You will closely collaborate with exceptional individuals to deliver outstanding digital assistants. On a typical day, you ll interact with product, customer success, engineering, delivery, and support teams to deliver phenomenal results. Where does Skit see you in a year Within the first 6 months: You will become an expert in the product, gaining an in-depth understanding of its capabilities. You will have delivered multiple projects by this time, with your enthusiasm growing every day. You ll immerse yourself in Skits ecosystem, asking questions, engaging deeply, and learning everything about the product and its processes. Between 6-12 months: You ll develop your own approach to prompt engineering, driving high-impact initiatives. You ll lead and own key initiatives within your team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, benchmark products. You ll play a significant role in developing internal tools and contribute to shaping Skit s future. Who are you You are someone: With a strong theoretical understanding of how large language models work. With the magical ability to "bend" large language models to your requirements through expert prompt engineering. With a proven track record of thriving in fast-paced environments and driving innovation. With at least a year of experience in delivering projects or designing conversations. With exceptional attention to detail and collaborative attitude. With a hunger to learn and thrive with new technologies.
