Promotion Executive (On-Trade Sales)

You will be working as a Promotion Executive (On-Trade) for FiftySixShots Beverages Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore. Your main responsibilities will revolve around brand promotion, visibility, and supporting sales performance in on-trade channels. As a part of the team, your key responsibilities will include: - Execute promotional activities across bars, pubs, restaurants, and lounges. - Manage branded materials such as tent cards, posters, menu inserts, and coasters. - Conduct product sampling, bartender activations, and themed events. - Ensure consistency in the brand message and compliance with marketing guidelines. You will also be responsible for: - Building strong relationships with bar managers, F&B heads, and key on-trade partners. - Educating bartenders and staff about product features and brand stories. - Coordinating with venues for visibility and special promotions. In addition, you will support the marketing and sales teams in planning and executing promotional calendars, organizing launch events, tasting sessions, and brand activations. You will track competitor activities, identify new promotional opportunities, and assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets through brand advocacy. Furthermore, your role will involve: - Collecting outlet-level feedback and analyzing campaign effectiveness. - Identifying and onboarding new on-trade outlets for brand expansion. - Submitting regular reports on activities, stock, and promotional materials. - Sharing insights on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor moves.
