Key Responsibilities:

Ensure product listing and visibility in assigned general trade and modern trade stores.
Identify and onboard new retail stores across the territory to increase tertiary sales.
Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of in-store promoters.
Hire, train, and assign promoters to specific stores as per the coverage and sales need.
Track daily attendance and performance of promoters to ensure productivity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail partners.
Ensure planogram implementation and product availability at point of sale.
Provide market intelligence and report competitor activities to the management.
Coordinate with the sales team to support monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in FMCG/Herbal/Ayurvedic sales or field supervision.
Graduate in any discipline; preference will be given to candidates from sales or marketing background.
Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR region.
Good knowledge of local market and store dynamics.
