Promoter

Job Description:

The Promoter plays a key role in creating brand awareness and driving sales for Infusiion, the flagship beer brand of Grihy Beverages Pvt. Ltd. The primary responsibility is to engage with potential customers, influence their purchase decisions through effective communication, and ensure positive brand visibility during promotions, events, and in-store activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Promote Infusiion beer brand through in-store activations, events, and sampling campaigns.

· Engage directly with customers to explain product features, taste profile, and brand story.

· Influence customer buying decisions by highlighting the unique qualities of Infusiion.

· Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team.

· Maintain a professional and energetic brand image at all times.

· Support the execution of promotional strategies and campaigns.

· Set up displays, manage promotional materials, and ensure brand visibility at outlets.

· Collaborate with sales representatives to achieve sales and marketing targets.

· Prepare daily/weekly reports on promotional activities, sales leads, and customer responses.

· Ensure adherence to company policies and responsible marketing of alcoholic beverages.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Sales / Business Administration.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Confident, outgoing, and persuasive personality.

· Knowledge of marketing, consumer behavior, and brand promotion techniques.

· Ability to work in dynamic environments such as bars, retail outlets, and events.

· Experience in FMCG, beverages, or hospitality marketing (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
