Promoter cum Merchandiser

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and organized Promoter cum Merchandiser to represent Glanbia’s premium nutrition products. This is a hybrid field role where you will spend 2 days in-store promoting products and the remaining days merchandising across assigned retail outlets to ensure excellent visibility and availability.

Key ResponsibilitiesIn-Store Promotion (2 days/week)

• Engage with walk-in customers, explain product benefits, and encourage purchases.
• Conduct product sampling and live demonstrations.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly promotion & sales targets.
• Maintain an attractive product display in-store.
• Provide feedback on customer queries and preferences.

Merchandising (remaining days/week)

• Visit assigned retail outlets, gyms, and health stores to check product placement.
• Ensure proper stocking, visibility, and planogram compliance.
• Replace near-expiry products and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Set up POS materials, branding, and promotional displays.
• Collect and share market intelligence on competitors’ products, pricing, and promotions.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff.

Requirements

• Minimum Graduate preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in FMCG promotions, merchandising, or sales.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to travel within assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of fitness, nutrition, or health supplements is an advantage.
• Ability to work on flexible timings, including weekends for promotions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
