Job Title: Senior Associate TEEC Team

The opportunity
We are looking for a TEEC Senior Associate who will independently drive project coordination, operational excellence, and learning program deployment. You will work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional global teams to manage complex initiatives, streamline workflows, and ensure timely delivery of strategic objectives across multiple workstreams.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of network-wide initiatives, project timelines, and learning deployments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, manage scope, and allocate resources.
- Set up and manage project trackers, Gantt charts, and task boards (e.g., MS Planner).
- Own meeting coordination – schedule calls, drive agendas, document discussions, and follow through on actions.
- Manage project triple constraints (scope, timeline, cost) and mitigate risks and issues as needed.
- Ensure timely updates and accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee CE/CPE credit tracking and provide analytics on learning event effectiveness.
- Contribute to process improvements and mentor junior team members.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- 4–7 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or operational support
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong working knowledge of MS Project / Excel / PowerPoint / Word
- Experience managing project plans, risk logs, and tracking tools
- Exposure to learning program support and event coordination
- Ability to work across global time zones.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Knowledge of Project management methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall)
- Experience with learning tools and deployment practices (e.g., CE/CPE credit tracking)
