Role Overview: As a project leader at Bumaco Group, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing challenging projects from tendering to delivery. Reporting directly to the manager, you will manage the complete project administration of your assigned construction sites. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinating and managing HVAC-S projects from start to finish. - Developing and monitoring budgets, schedules, and quality standards. - Maintaining close relationships with clients, site managers, technicians, participating in site meetings, and daily communication with all stakeholders. - Leading project teams and motivating colleagues to perform at their best. - Identifying and resolving challenges to ensure the success of each project. Qualifications Required: - Experience in project management within the HVAC sector or a technical bachelor's degree in air conditioning, renewable energy, ensuring familiarity with relevant standards and regulations. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Solution-oriented mindset and the determination to successfully complete projects. - Strong organizational skills. - Strong emphasis on quality. - Proven leadership and motivational abilities.
