Job Description

You will be responsible for coordinating with all consultants and other stakeholders for design development. This includes conducting and recording design review meetings, ensuring alignment with design intent and project objectives, and monitoring progress in special areas. You will also follow up with consultants for tender deliverables and track the delivery of GFC drawings. Additionally, you will work closely with the MEP manager and consultants for shop drawings and approval processes. Your role will involve establishing priorities and short-term targets for consultants to ensure continuous progress of design and adherence to the schedule. You will be responsible for preparing master project schedules at macro and micro levels, tracking the schedules periodically, and generating reports for project managers and stakeholders. Furthermore, you will generate reports related to schedule, resource deployment, and costs, and work with contractors to align their schedules with the master schedule.
