Project Trainee Environmental Science (Internship)

As a Project Trainee Intern at VKU Certification Private Limited, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for validation and verification of GHG auditing projects. Your role will involve preparing validation/verification plans, draft and final reports, assessing responses, and resolving audit findings. Additionally, you will be involved in project management, including time and resource management, as well as building and managing client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Carry out validation / verification of GHG auditing projects - Prepare Validation/verification plan for on-site / remote audits - Create Draft Validation / Verification Report (DVR) - Assess responses and resolve audit findings - Prepare Final Validation / Verification Report (FVR) - Manage and build client relationships Desired Skills: - Knowledge and hands-on experience in GHG emission reduction project development and implementation - Familiarity with GHG mitigation schemes such as CDM, VERRA, Gold Standard for Global Goals, Plan Vivo, etc. - Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis - Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Effective communication of technical information both orally and in writing - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Good organizational and time management abilities - Self-motivated team player with attention to detail and commitment to quality Qualifications and Experience: - Postgraduate Degree (M.Sc., M.E., MTech.) in Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering - 0-6 months of hands-on experience in consulting for GHG mitigation projects or validation/verification of GHG mitigation projects - Freshers are welcome to apply Please note that the work location for this full-time position is in Indore.
