About the Role

To assist the project team in planning, coordination, and execution of projects while gaining hands-on exposure to project management processes, documentation, and on-site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks.
• Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
• Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, and records.
• Assist in material planning, procurement follow-ups, and logistics coordination.
• Visit project sites to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest solutions.

Qualification & Skills Required

• Only DEEE.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work in field/project locations.
