Project Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage end-to-end site activities and day-to-day execution.
• Take routine execution decisions to ensure smooth workflow.
• Review and interpret drawings; identify missing details and request clarifications when required.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely work as per schedule.
• Regularly update the Site Snap (image capturing app) in line with compliance requirements.
• Maintain and update all site execution trackers and follow SOP processes.
• Escalate major issues or delays to seniors as per SOP.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline are consistently maintained on-site.
• Conduct daily execution and quality checks.
• Implement work plans and conduct quality tests.
• Monitor material and labour usage.
• Maintain site diary with records and photos.
• Provide feedback to seniors for process and workflow improvements.
• Resolve minor issues within defined timelines or escalate as per SOP.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Education

  : Undergraduate degree preferred.

• Technical Skills:

  Ability to read AutoCAD drawings; basic computer knowledge.

• Language Skills

  : Basic English communication (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience in an interior design firm or similar environment (preferred).
