Project Supervisor

As a Site Engineer / Project Supervisor at MEARK CONSORTIUM, a Project Management Consultancy firm, you will be responsible for overseeing residential projects in Thrissur. Your commitment until completion and handover of the ongoing works is crucial for the success of the projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise day-to-day site activities from pending civil works through finishing to handover. - Execute Agency Project Management duties on behalf of the firm. - Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and suppliers as required. - Arrange local labour or services for minor works and site necessities when needed. - Monitor quality, timelines, and documentation. - Maintain regular reporting to the consultancy office. **Professional Requirements:** - B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma (Civil) / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture / Bachelors Degree (Interior Design or Architecture) - Freshers considered if committed and responsible. - Must uphold integrity, punctuality, politeness, and professional conduct. - No personal involvement with workers, vendors, or contractors beyond official duties. - No site visits or meetings outside working hours without office approval. - Strict adherence to professional decorum at all times. In terms of the work schedule, you will be required to work from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with flexibility for extended hours if required, for which compensatory time-off will be provided. **Compensation & Support:** - Fixed salary based on calibre. - Reimbursement of site-to-site travel. - Home-to-site travel to be borne by the candidate. - Training at the consultancy office with all expenses covered.
