Site Supervisor

As a Site Engineer / Project Supervisor at MEARK CONSORTIUM, a Project Management Consultancy firm in Thrissur, you will be responsible for overseeing residential projects until completion and handover. Your main duties will include supervising day-to-day site activities, executing Agency Project Management duties, coordinating labor, subcontractors, materials, and suppliers, arranging local labor or services when needed, monitoring quality and timelines, and maintaining regular reporting to the consultancy office. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise day-to-day site activities from pending civil works through finishing to handover. - Execute Agency Project Management duties on behalf of the firm. - Coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials, and suppliers as required. - Arrange local labor or services for minor works and site necessities when needed. - Monitor quality, timelines, and documentation. - Maintain regular reporting to the consultancy office. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma (Civil) / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture / Bachelors Degree (Interior Design or Architecture). - Freshers considered if committed and responsible. - Must uphold integrity, punctuality, politeness, and professional conduct. The work schedule for this position is Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with flexibility for extended hours if required (compensatory time-off provided). The compensation is a fixed salary based on calibre with reimbursement of site-to-site travel. Home-to-site travel expenses are to be borne by the candidate.
