Project Supervisor

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our residential construction site. The ideal candidate will ensure that all materials are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and that labor is managed effectively.

Role & responsibilities

• Coordination and maintaining inward and outward of materials at site.
• Inspection of quality and quantity of material and matching the same with the purchase order
• Maintaining daily attendance of number of labor at site
• Inspection of all interior processes and verification that the processes are happening as per guidelines and industry standards.
• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and quality.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience of having worked as a project supervisor of residential project
• Knowledge of real estate construction materials and standards and processes
• Lives 15-20 minutes from project location
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership and problem-solving ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹210,000.00 - ₹260,000.00 per year
