MIS Executive

We are seeking a Data Management Executive with strong experience in Google Sheets and Google App Script to build and manage internal system automation tools. This role is ideal for someone analytical, hands-on, and capable of independently managing data systems. You will report directly to the Managing Director and be based at our Kalina, Mumbai office.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, automate, and maintain systems using Google App Script

· Create and update dashboards, trackers, and reports in Google Sheets and Excel

· Monitor existing scripts to ensure systems run smoothly as per logic and intent

· Collaborate with operations teams to digitize and automate manual workflows

· Maintain accuracy of data and thorough documentation of all systems

Required Skills

· Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Sheets

· Strong command of Google App Script (required)

· Proficiency in Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, macros

· Good foundation in mathematics and logical reasoning

· Detail-oriented with strong ownership and problem-solving ability

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field

· Prior experience in MIS, reporting, or workflow automation roles preferred

Additional Preference

Candidates residing within 40 minutes of the Kalina office will be given preference for ease of commute and availability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
