Role and Responsibilities (JD) : Implementation and Handling of FTTx Projects Fiber cabling, fiber cable splicing and termination FTTH / FTTX, Fiber Optic Cabling, fiber splicing, Structured Cabling, ONT, Fixing mounting, V&P Installation, Rack Cabling Capable of understanding the drawings, products, and technologies. Controlling Project Scope Cabling projects ( Project Size 1000 nodes +)OR similar projects Should posses good negotiation skills, ability to grasp customer requirements, Motivational skills, and good interpersonal skills Authorities Controlling project scope Handling a team of technicians & cable pullers Making sure to adhere to project timelines. Advising team for project implementation as per client requirements
