Project Specialist , Network Growth

As an Operations Specialist at FourKites, you will play a crucial role in managing our customers and carriers" experience through your relationships and technical expertise. You will be responsible for onboarding carriers to our platform, leading carrier calls, setting follow-up tasks, and action items. Your ability to navigate and understand enterprise-level software will be key in diagnosing and solving complex technical and operational problems. You will work towards understanding customer and company business objectives to determine and execute on carrier onboarding and compliance goals. Regular updates on onboarding and compliance progress will be provided to customers, with direct interaction including presentations and decisions on work strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Onboarding carriers to the platform, using creativity to solve unique problems and deciding how carriers will integrate with FourKites - Leading carrier calls, setting follow-up tasks, and action items - Navigating and understanding enterprise-level software to diagnose and solve technical and operational problems - Providing updates on onboarding and compliance progress to customers - Maintaining accurate records in CRM and updating internal documentation - Identifying and implementing best practices for utilizing visibility data - Engaging carriers to improve operations and tracking quality - Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to streamline processes Qualifications Required: - Comfortable working in US shifts (6pm - 3am) - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required - Proficient in MS Office, Google Apps, and CRM tools - Customer-facing experience - Experience in logistics or SaaS is a plus About FourKites: FourKites is the leading supply chain visibility platform globally, tracking over 2.5 million shipments daily across various modes of transportation.
