Project Site Supervisor

As a Project Site Supervisor at Well Then So, a Goa-based design studio specializing in creating aesthetically functional spaces, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily on-site operations across various residential, commercial, and hospitality projects in Bardez, Goa. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the execution aligns with the design intent and quality standards, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams, managing timelines, schedules, and resource allocation, as well as maintaining safety and compliance standards. Additionally, you will be expected to provide regular progress updates to stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in site supervision or project management, possess knowledge of construction and interior design processes, demonstrate the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, exhibit strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, showcase a problem-solving mindset and an eye for detail, and hold a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Experience in interiors or architecture would be considered a plus.
