Role Description We are looking for a Project Site Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include supervising on-site construction and interior projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and monitoring project progress. The role also involves resolving on-site challenges, maintaining safety regulations, and providing regular progress updates to the project manager. Qualifications Strong knowledge of construction and interior project execution, including on-site supervision and quality assurance. Proficiency in project management, team coordination, and scheduling projects to ensure timely delivery within budget. Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams. Understanding of safety protocols and compliance with building codes and standards. Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage on-site challenges quickly and efficiently. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in managing similar projects is a strong advantage.
