Job Description As a Project Execution Lead at WellThenSo, a design studio in Goa, you will play a key role in overseeing the execution phase of various design projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time and in accordance with design specifications and quality standards. This is a full-time on-site position based in Bardez. Your daily tasks will involve coordinating with contractors and the design team, supervising site activities, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the project. Your expertise in interior design, furniture design, and architectural principles will be crucial in achieving the desired outcomes within the allocated budget. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication and coordination skills, along with proficiency in project management software and tools. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines are essential qualities for success. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, and have prior experience in project management and site supervision. Previous involvement in residential, commercial, or hospitality design projects would be advantageous.
