Job Title: Project Site Incharge – Electrical

Location: BHEL Ennore, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Site Incharge to oversee and manage project site activities at BHEL Ennore. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in electrical systems, hands-on experience in project execution, and excellent team coordination skills. Fluency in Tamil and Telugu is mandatory to communicate effectively with the site workforce and local authorities.

Qualifications:

• Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in electrical project execution or site management
• Languages: Must be fluent in Tamil and Telugu

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all electrical project site activities at BHEL Ennore.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Supervise site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors for timely completion of tasks.
• Ensure compliance with BHEL safety standards, site protocols, and quality norms.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and material usage records.
• Handle troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution of on-site electrical issues.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate for material procurement and ensure availability of resources at the site.
• Maintain effective communication with the project management office regarding site status.
