Project & Service Manager- CCTV ,FAS, Digital Video System

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Leading the project & service-team comprising Technicians & Engineers for all technical aspects of Projects & Service for the clients of the Company is the CENTRAL responsibility
• Following are some of the pointers to clear itLocal field-visits are inherent
• Visiting the clients, their facility managers & sites to understand the ground situation & implementing the solutions has to be managed in the best possible way
• Scheduling, coordinating & following up on the projects for commencement, implementation, handover & service aspects in the later stage
• Updating & sharing data related to the routine activity of the team to the Company Superiors
• Keeping a live communication in written/telephonic/in person format with the existing, new & prospective clients, looping in the Company authorities
• Planning, implementing, strictly meeting & reporting the time-lines of the projects in hand
• Skill updating & acquisition of the technical aspects of the brands & products, which company represents in order to support & maintain them
• Fulfilling all routine & situational responsibilities for the Company.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Graduation in any stream with adequate spoken communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi.
• Capability to use computer & regular office software including Microsoft Office & Internet.
• Min 3 yrs experience in Technical /projects preferred.

Terms & Conditions:

• It is not a fully desk-job
• On field work with the team is mandatory
• Managing as well as maintaining the teams shall be within responsibility
• It is not just managing; but involves practical work, wherever necessary
• The candidate must engage in imparting the missing necessary skills to & upgrading his team-mates
• Working time from 10:00 am to 06:30 pm
• Having a self-owned 2-wheeler vehicle & license is mandatory
• Weekly off day is Sunday
• Saturday full working
• Leaves will not be applicable for first three months
• Evaluation period: The candidate will be evaluated for the first three months to understand his working, project coordination & team-play
• His further role & path in Company can be determined after it
• Allowances shall be as per existing Company norms

*The area of work: Primarily in PMC/ PCMC/ in & around Pune. May be out of Pune at times.
