Job Description

Project Sales Specialist Manager

Business Development:

  • Identify and target upcoming residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
  • Develop strong relationships with real estate developers, architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, and contractors.
  • Drive brand approvals and product specifications into BOQs and tender documents.

Project Sales Execution:

  • Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners to ensure timely quotations, samples, mockups, and delivery schedules.
  • Conduct site visits and follow up for project execution and order finalization.
  • Negotiate project orders and drive closures to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Experience:

510 years of project sales experience in building materials (preferably plywood, doors, laminates, veneers, or allied sectors).

Skills:

  • Proven track record in project-based B2B sales.
  • Strong network with Mumbai-based developers, architects, and contractors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle high-value deals and multiple project timelines.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel within Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
  • Own vehicle preferred.
