Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
Daily interaction with builder, Architect and contractor at site for business opportunity.
Supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals.
Create and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base.
Coordinate with Project site, Head and other departments to ensure client needs are met.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
Track sales metrics and report on performance and progress.
Increase sales volume of project and revenue

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, MBA-Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in project-based sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a sales team.
Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing client relationships Role
