Role Responsibilities Solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trends Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings; research and assist with program development for existing clients and new prospects Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors Preferred skills and qualifications Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in commerce Experience overseeing budgets and expenses Experience developing internal processes and filing systems
Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and key accounts. Daily interaction with builder, Architect and contractor at site for business opportunity. Supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals. Create and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base. Coordinate with Project site, Head and other departments to ensure client needs are met. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats. Track sales metrics and report on performance and progress. Increase sales volume of project and revenue Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, MBA-Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in project-based sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a sales team.
