Job Description

(Solar Industry Required)

• Achievement of monthly targets.

• Hiring and retaining talent as per manpower budgets and mentoring them to achieve consistent growth in performance.

• Plan and execute local marketing initiatives for lead generation and sales closure

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer delight through timely installation and commissioning of projects

• Competition benchmarking and keeping company informed about emerging market trends

• Constantly evaluate and improve efficiency of day-to-day operations, processes, people, and procedures to ensure quality, speed, safety and value creation

• Be responsible for supporting and maintaining a culture of collaboration, accountability, trust, and customer / project focus across functional areas • Addressing leads that comes to CRM/ERP platform within due time span

• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to the sales team

• Be entirely responsible for the entire sales process starting from lead generation till converting a lead to prospective customer.

• Strategize in Business Models and Business Plans

• Work with higher management in formulating business strategies

• Research for new markets and know-how of the renewable industry

• Assist and strategize in new products & services

• Making business plans and financial models

• Generating Enquiries and Sales Meetings

• Prepare for meetings/calls via structured research about the target client

• Having effective sales meetings/calls in order to understand the renewable energy requirement of the client

• Create presentations based on the client's requirements

• Coordinate with the Business Partners to generate proposals

• Negotiate win-win deals and maintain profitability index

• Being interested in solving business and customer issues through strong lines of communication and presence of mind.

• Strong communication skills in written, oral, email, telephone and presentation

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions

• Capable of working independently and having extreme sense of ownership

• Organize constant brand promotion and marketing using innovative cost-effective methods

• Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal.

• Excellent grip on Microsoft Office tools
