Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and map new projects within the assigned territory.- Track and analyze the local competitive landscape and architectural trends.- Understand customer and project-specific requirements, buying behavior, and reputation in the market.- Position Kalcos solutions effectively to highlight strengths and value.- Prepare and present proposals to buyers and influencers.- Lead final discussions and negotiations with key stakeholders.- Ensure smooth handover of project details to the execution team and facilitate their access within the customers organization.- Take ownership of project delivery in line with agreed terms.- Manage collections, including advance payments and receivables.- Secure written testimonials from clients and influencers as proof of successful execution.- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
